Student, you the buyer, may cancel this transaction at any time prior to 30 days after the date of this transaction. By submitting this form, Student agrees to no credit card chargebacks. The student agrees that the Company may initiate credit/debit entries to his/her account. The Student?s refusal to honor a transfer may result in additional charges. Once payment is processed, software and website membership will be delivered online (via email) within 24 hours of initial purchase. The undersigned understands and authorizes that any charge or debit is being processed by ?Adam Ginsberg International? and may appear as such on any statement or receipt evidencing such charge or debit.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: Student acknowledges that success is dependent on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, attitude, persistence, and full participation in all phases of the Program.

SOFTWARE HOSTING & TEMPLATE FEE: Student authorizes the Company to initiate monthly debit entries to the credit card(s) as indicated on this enrollment form for the monthly web hosting, template software and data feed service. Nonpayment will result in termination of service. All monthly services are automatically charged/debited, in advance, on the day after expiration of any free trial period. Monthly charges will be for the next month of service and will automatically renew each month until cancelled.
